Excellent, compassionate care EVERY time I visited with my cat, Scooter over the last 8 years up to and including when I had him euthanized last month. Each doctor, technician and office staff member were 'present' for each visit. I never felt rushed or insignificant. They truly care for their patients and it showed in their interactions and handling of Scooter. No hesitation whatsoever to give them a 5-star rating. Thank you Kaibab Veterinary team!

My wife and I have had nothing but good experiences with Kaibab. This is one clinic that has always put our animals welfare first and foremost. The entire staff is dedicated to the animals in their care and they bent over backwards to help us find a way to get our dogs the treatments they needed, one of which was life threatening. We will always be indebted to them for their most kind and caring manner to our pets and to us. The Vets are very straightforward when explaining treatment options while demonstrating a high level of compassion for the owners and the uncomfortable position these kinds of discussions often put them in. They always provide a written estimate of treatment costs, but the actual charges are usually lower and I have never been charged for services I did not authorize. We have dogs that simply do not like other people, but when introduced to the staff at this clinic it was as if they have known them all their lives. Uncanny!!! They have a way of putting our dogs at ease from the moment they meet them. We have nothing but the greatest respect and admiration for the people who work with the animals at Kaibab Veterinary Clinic and they will always be the Veterinarians we turn to for all of our animals, and we have a lot.

Our Havanese Chewey ate something he shouldn't have and it came to a head on a Saturday. We took him to Kaibab hoping there was nothing more than an upset tummy but his symptoms were such that Dr.Penrod decided to keep him for observation and x-rays.. Dr. Martin came in after she had put in a full day at Petsmart and since the x-rays showed a blockage she operated on him that very same evening. Both doctors stayed with him until he stabilized early the next morning. What troopers! Each timewe've taken our cats or dogs in to Kaibab the staff and the doctors have been wonderful whether it's for routine shorts or emergencies. We will continue to take our animals to them and do not hesitate recommending them.

We have 3 dogs and 2 cats, they are members of our family, and only trust their care to the best we can find. Between annual exams, vaccines, and emergent situations, the caring team at Kaibab has always been there for us. Coming from the DC Metro area, we believe their pricing is more than fair for the level of service & affection they give our fur babies. They have been growing rapidly in the last year or so, and there have been growing pains (scheduling difficulties & delays), but their knowledge and love for animals consistently outshines any hiccups that occur. We wouldn't go anywhere else in Flagstaff for our family.

We have taken our dog in to Kaibab since we have had her as a puppy, and they do not ask before doing tests, so you end up getting charged more, and they are outrageously priced. My dog recently got hit by a car, so we brought her in to be seen by Dr. Martin and she waited in the back for 2 hours before even getting treated for anything. She had a very open wound on her front leg and Dr. Martin patched her up and bandaged her. When I took her to a vet in the valley, she had a severe infection, because she did not bandage the area properly. Am very disappointed in the lack of knowledge when it came to treating a wound. Will not be returning to this vet from now on.
