BEST PLACE IN TOWN EVER! ALL MY PETS GO THERE . MY DOG JUNIOR GOES ALL THE TIME...MY POOR BABY ALWAYS HAS A PROBLEM. I AM SUPER HAPPY BECAUSE DOCTOR MADE A GREAT JOB WITH HIM. THE COSTUMER SERVICE IS PERFECT...LOVE THIS PLACE..

When I first walk in to the clinic Im always greeted with an acknowledgement! Always welcoming....when my pets are seen by Dr. Dean he is always very informative about the situation and takes his time with you and your pet..The staff and Dr's make me feel a sence of peace and security knowing my pets are in great hands!

I have been going to North Valley Animal Clinic for over 25 years. The staff is caring, friendly, and kind. Dr. Dean and Dr. Parker make me feel comfortable, knowing I can trust their judgement. Everyone treats my cats and my dog with tender love and caring. (Even when they are meowing very loudly!)

terrible , would not even look at my dog, i didn't have the 180.00 dollars on me... yes it was an emergency..... the dollar comes first at this place ( i won't call it a hospital)!!! And i am pretty sure the " woman" i talked to didn't know s... about animals. never will I go again they just assume let your dog die first!!!! took her to bullhead and they took her right in.... no money asked. thank you hospital for caring for my pup
