I've used their services many times in the past several years and was always completely happy - but the last time was pretty bad. Not only was the alarm not set when we arrived home, but our entire kitchen floor was sticky - sticky with urine. There were shoe prints tracking urine down the hallway and through most of the house. It was a disgusting mess, to say the least. After a long flight home, it was near midnight that we had to mop the house and the kitchen twice! I cannot understand what in the world had happened, but mostly why it seemed that there was no attempt to clean the mess. Although the sitter was very kind and seemed to truly love pets, I won’t contract them ever again for I do not trust that the next time would be any better.

I had booked pet sitting services 3 months before my trip-- however I received a TEXT telling me they could not do it. THIS WAS 4 DAYS BEFORE MY TRIP!! They provided NO solutions or help. I WILL NEVER CALL AGAIN!!
