Cross Winds Animal Clinic is the first veternarian practice that we've used that has truely engaged with our dogs and family members. When we moved to AZ in 2005 Dr. Roach was recommened to us as being a Greyhound savvy vet, knowledgeable with the particular issues GH's encounter. We haven't been dissapointed with the care our family & hounds have received from any of the staff at Cross Winds. From our first visit where, in addition to the typical questions, we were asked to provide information related to our particular home life with our hounds - to a recent visit where we sadly said good-bye to a very loved greyhound - we have had compassionate, individualized care that all animals & their humans deserve. WE have been going to Crosswinds for the past 16 years with Dr. Roach, Jim, Dr. Piper and Dr. Schelle. We have had such excellent care from all the vets as well as their caring and compassionate assistants! They provided phenomenal care for our late beagles, Daisy and Dolly, with Daisy living well past 15 years old, thanks to them. :) Now our brand new beagle puppies, Lacey and Skipper have started the cycle over again with Dr. Schelle. We highly recommend Crosswinds Animal Clinic and wouldn't take our puppies anywhere else!

I have been taking my pets to Crosswinds for over 15 years. The clinic goes by the philosophy of only doing what is necessary, instead of trying to run every test in the book just to make a buck. That, alone, could keep me as a repeat client. However, the positive and caring environment this clinic provides makes me hesitate to go anywhere else. Dr. Roach is the best, often getting down on the floor to greet my four legged kids to make them feel comfortable with her. She knows her medicine but won't hesitate to refer a case to a specialist if needed. I have seen the other doctors there only a few times but have always had a positive experience. The support staff is super, being both professional and personable. Overall, an A++++ clinic!

I have been taking our animals to Cross Winds since 1998 and my pets have received the highest standard of care from each and every vet in that practice. At any given time, we have had a MINIMUM of two dogs and two cats and, now that our animals are older, the level of care has increased due to age-related issues. I am completely confident that my animals are in the best hands at Cross Winds. The vets and the vet techs are friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring, and I wouldn't take my pets to any other practice. On a scale of 1-10, I give Cross Winds a 12 - take your animals there and you'll see what I'm talking about.
