The doctor and her staff were quick to see my dog and got her fixed up! The doctor provided a very thorough explanation of the issues and a comprehensive treatment plan. The staff was incredibly compassionate and sensitive to my dog's ailment. I had to leave her for the day while all the tests were run and I received regular updates on the progress and condition of my "baby girl". Thanks!!

We took our puppy (~11wks old) to EAC when he was having trouble breathing, and it ended up that he needed to be hospitalized for a couple days with oxygen and IV fluids. When we first came in, the doctor who saw us didn't have the greatest bedside manner, but it looked like it was a rough morning for them (a couple animals looked like they were being put down), so I'm willing to cut them some slack on that. Other than that, the entire staff was amazing, and seemed to truly care about our puppy and his well-being. They were always willing to give us any/all details whenever we called for a status update (no matter the time) and had provided solutions if we needed to cut the cost down a little bit. Our puppy pulled through and is extremely lively! I'm glad they were there, and will definitely go to EAC again if needed (hopefully we never have to though!)

Although the wait was VERY long, the tech's and vet were very helpful and sweet. You can tell they all adore animals, and treated both me and my Abby with the utmost respect and care. My Abby was not doing good and can be aggressive at times. The techs were so good with her. If you are in a bind with your pup, take them here. The wait will be long, but that's because they are taking such good care of everyone and their pets. I hope I don't ever have to go back there for a dog emergency, but I would take Abby there again if necessary.

I highly recommend you take your pet here if you are having emergency issues. The staff are fantastic, no long waits and they keep you informed every step of the way. Hopefully you never have a need to use a emergency animal clinic but if you do you can feel very comfortable in using this clinic, know that your animal will get nothing but the best of care. Excellent care from an excellent staff when my 6-year old border collie/pit bull mix needed emergency care and an overnight stay on Christmas eve and Christmas day. I had never needed to use an emergency animal clinic before, and it is comforting to know that there is amazing care available should my baby ever need it again!
