Dr. Burns is great! Not only is she well versed in her profession but she takes the time to listen to pet owners (and read the body language of the pet) to better understand concerns in order to proceed with excellent pet treatment. We appreciate Dr. Burns teaching us how to administer shots to our dog at home. It has totally reduced the stress and unnecessary cost associated with this need. Thanks Dr. Burns!

My pets and I have been seeing Dr. Burns for four years now. She has helped me learn about how to care for my one diabetic dog and the other one with bone cancer. Her and her staff are very compassionate animal loving people and it was a blessing to have them help us through the grieving time with a special room she has just for times like this. Now, we are once again Loving two miniature Australian Sheppard's and they love going to see Dr. Burns and her staff, especially girlfriend Jessica! Dr. Burns will give you all the options and info on how to care for your pet. Even though we have the same last name, we are not related.

Dr. Burns and her staff are very caring and confident and have provided excellent health care for our two Bird Dogs. They are very accommodating about getting our Pets in on short notice and they always have the best interest for your pets at heart. Dr. Burns and her husband own working bird dogs and are especially knowledgeable about sporting breeds. We would recommend Dr. Burns to all Pet owners.

We are new to the Gilbert area and had a problem with our little dog on a Saturday so we went to the Emergency Clinic. While there we asked for some recommendations as to Veterinarians in the area. A patron in the waiting room overheard us and recommended Dr Burns at Priority Pet Hospital. We called Priority Pet Monday morning and got an appointment for that day, which was a relief as there were additional test that needed to be run. Upon arrival we were greeted by cheerful staff that guided us back to an exam room. The attention Mama received was calm and friendly and she responded well. When Dr Burns arrived she actually got down onto her knees to meet Mama at her level which let her get comfortable prior to the examination. Needless to say the exam and overall experience went extremely well. Dr Burns gave us a followup call the next morning to check on Mama and to give us the test results. Dr Burns will be our Vet as long as we are in the area.

We recently relocated to Gilbert from Rochester Hills MI. and have taken our cat to see Dr. Burns twice recently. Dr. Burns and her staff are very professional and really care about the animals that they see. We could not be happier with the service and results!
