Do not take your fury babies here. They are completely uncaring, insensitive and have zero compassion. The only thing they care about is getting paid. My dog died suddenly on their operating table, and they threatened me I didn't get down there to pay them by 11am. Seriously? Are you kidding me? I just lost my best friend and you're threatening me? I will never go here again, and I will do everything in my power to make sure no one I knows takes their animals here. That is no way to treat someone.

Called to see if I could get some volunteer work... well that never happened WAITED Almost 45 MINUTES!!!!! and they called me back saying... "OH WE ALREADY HAVE A VOLUNTEER WE DON"T NEED IT..... AS LONG AS THEY CAN FIND PLEASURE TO GET THEIR HAND'S ON YOUR MONEY INSTEAD OF CARING ABOUT PEOPLE... AND THEIR NEED'S THEN THEIR GOOD I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!!!!! IF YOU WANT TO COME HERE DON'T BOTHER YOUR JUST WAISTING TIME AND MONEY!!!!!! THEY DON'T CARE WHAT YOU NEED THEY WALK AWAY FROM YOU AND THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK ARE VERY RUDE,SELFISH, AND SNOBBY PEOPLE... THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We got a new puppy and we are having a really hard time. My husband and I are just stressed because it seemed sick after he received shots from doctor day. We wanted the doctor to just look at the puppy real quick and let us know if we had to worry or not. He wanted to charge us and that costs around $40 just to look at your animal. So we asked if he had to charge us. He was a real D-bag and said if we thought it was the shots to take the puppy to another vet then. It was completely mean and uncaring. He could just explain why and not be a defensive jerk about it. We are worried and we aren't being rude. It adds on to the stress we have and I completely hate that place now.

Dr. Day and his staff were excellent through and through!!! I have a big pit that is a rescue dog, so it is always interesting to see how people are going to treat us when we first walk into a new place. (Yes you would think that any sort of animal service place wouldn’t judge a dog just by its breed, but sadly that’s not true.) Everyone was all smiles and never blinked twice as my big headed dope came bouncing in. I was glad to see everyone acted just as they should in a vet office with no pre judgment. Everyone was very nice and helpful the whole time. I originally took my dog in for some dental work, and ended up having some tumors removed as well. The whole process went smoothly and my dog couldn’t be happier that he gets to chew through all of his toys again haha. Dr. Day was very pleasant and is just a genuinely nice person, which seems all too rare nowadays sadly. You can tell that he truly loves his work and is happy to be doing what he is doing. I can’t recommend him highly enough and will surely be going back to him in the future!!

Him and his staff have saved my pets lives time and again! Glendale Animal Hospital has top notch care & facilities but charges very reasonable rates, Dr.Day keeps the rates down because he truly cares and isn't just trying to turn a profit. They do their best to accommodate their treatments to your budget. Even if I were a millionaire, I'd still take my animals to them! I highly recommend Glendale Animal Hospital to everyone I know!!!
