Sun Valley is one of the best offices I have ever been to. Their entire staff is very kind, respectful, responsible, and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond for all of their patients and their families. I have entrusted the staff and Dr. Burdick to perform many surgeries on my beloved pets and they have always exceeded my expectations. I will continue to use them for my personal pets as well as my rescue pets. Aimee, Nicole, Cathy, Zoey, and Trevor are amazing employees and deserve raises for their excellent customer service and care!

We took our lab/rottie mix in to Sun Valley to address some health issues. Unfortunatley he had to be put to sleep but I cannot say enough about the care and compassion that the entire staff showed both our dog and family. They are all incredible!

the animal hospital part is not the same business as the shelter. I have never visited the shelter side however the vet side is absolutely amazing! It is filled with people who truly have a love for animals, instead of people who like animals but love money more. They really do care about each and every animal that comes into that office. i would never take my animals anywhere else.

I have been there a few times the first time and for my cat surgery was fine but then my cat got hurt again i took him in and waited two hours to be seen with an appointment. I bit much, I have never waited that long. my cat had xrays and they stated nothing was wrong with the xrays took blood to check for valley fever his blood count was high so they gave him meds sent us home said to call in a few weeks if his leg was not better. he still could not walk so they referred me some where else....my cat had a broken hip his blood count was high trying to heal itself. Its bad enough you cant really understand the vet they have there let alone get a misdiagnosed. They never sent his records to who they referred me to either. I think i will pay extra money to a real vet then have to pay for what you get.
