Like many others we are so unhappy with the Banfield on Stapley. Their insurance program really stinks and we have put up with it too long. They just have too many hidden costs that you are lead to believe are covered by insurance and then you find out that there is some exception. They have a lot of exceptions! So don't try their insurance program, go some where else for pet medical coverage! That is our advice after being mistreated for several years.

I have lived all over the country and been to many different Banfields. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANFIELD!! I went here for almost a year because i kept hoping to have a better experience. But they are rude and the vets dont even care about your pet. Im pretty sure the first vet i ever saw here does not even like animals by the way he was speaking to me and about my dog. Bottom line... dont go here. drive the extra few miles to go to a different one if any. I am actually cancelling my banfield plan altogether once the years up. I pay them 400 dollars a year to treat my dog but once shes sick i still have to pay another 200 dollars to treat her. I would recommend finding a nice family vet.

This Was The Worst Banfield I Have Ever Been To!!!! They are just trying to get money out of you... they didn't even bother to get medical records from my prior vet when they said they would! an hour and 45 minutes for a check up and two vaccines!?! then to try and work with an incompetent front office! never going back to this Banfield its worth the 30 minute drive to go to the one on Power or Hampton in Mesa!

We have been here a few times and we have had no problems. We like the vets and staff! Thx
