We switched to this location instead of another one because it was closer and we have had a bad experience with other Banfield locations, but this one was no better. We had to wait almost an hour to pick up our dog. I feel like Banfield does not really care about their patients, as nearly every time we have gone they seemed to forget we were waiting and did not really seem to know how to get things organized.
