Wow~ after reading all of the Banfield reviews I feel like I have to comment on our experiences. W e have been at this location for almost 8 years and we loved Dr Mafara (who is no longer there) but we love Dr Rice just the same! They have always been accommodating and do things in the best interest for our dog.

Never take your pet here! I made the mistake of taking my dog there bcs I thought he had an ear infection, I asked how much it would cost to get him examined, tested and get the meds, they told me no more than $80. Well $200 later I found out that it wasn't an ear infection after all. The whole visit consisted of them forcing me to watch stupid videos about their monthly plan which they try to shove down your throat and on top of it all they couldn't even spell my dogs name right...

Friendly and professional

The doctors and staff at this Banfield are awesome. My dog became sick and almost died last year. I transferred him to this vet and they saved his life. It turns out that my dog is diabetic and now we are able to have a normal life because of what this hospital has done for my dog. He is successfully living with diabetes. I cannot thank them enough. Everytime I take my schnuzer in, they treat him as if he was their own child. If only more people cared as much as they do. Thank you Dr. Mafara and staff! You are the best! Thank you for saving my dog's life.

Love chatting with Allison in the front, and entrusting my baby to Doctor Conoly & Megs was one of the best things I have done. The Doctor was so caring and concern was obvious on her face. The nurse was just as wonderful. She took time to explain the estimate, and kept me posted through the day on things that were being done with my baby.
