I don't feel like Banfield does a great job with our dogs. We had our dogs on pet plans, but I don't think we will continue. Every time we have taken our dogs in to be seen, they take a very long time to see us, or even forget we are there. When we drop off our dogs and come back to pick them up it, they always tell us on the phone that they are ready to be picked up, but when we get there it takes at least 30-45 minutes just for us to pay. The couple of times we have had to take our dogs in when they get sick they try to make us pay for all of these extra things, but when I asked them whether those things would change anything to help the dog get better, they say no. I don't feel like they are really that competent and they do not seem very friendly to our dogs.
