Awesome office! The staff is very nice and caring. I drive 40 minutes from San Tan Valley and will continue to do so because they are so awesome :)

For the two years I lived in Mesa, I took my dog to the Dobson Ranch Animal Hospital. They were always courteous, excited to see my dog, and knowledgeable. Even after we moved, they have been great at helping transfer our records and services to a local vet. I could not have asked for better service for my dog.

I have recommended this wonderful animal hospital to many friends. They are kind, compassionate and extremely helpful. Every one of our rescues have been seen here and I wouldn't take my four legged family members anywhere else! Arizona Pits Needing Homes~

Horrible experience! We took in our dog who has had intermittent diarrhea looking for a natural suggestion on how we could give him some immediate and long term relief. After an extensive exam, to include palpating our dogs stomach and taking his temp, Dr. Kieran tried to sell us on over $300 worth of stuff including multiple prescriptions and prescription pet food for life, $100/bag, which they 'conveniently' offered there in their office (I'm sure they'd love that kickback). Then if that was not successful they were going to charge us almost another full exam fee (oh, I'm sorry discounted by a whole $6), along with charging us with another $363 dollars worth of tests. When we asked if we could talk over our options and bring him in the following morning we were told that if we did so we were going to have to pay another full exam fee, for the SAME problem. A little excessive to put our 1 year old pup on prescriptions for life if you ask me, so much for a natural solution. We gave our sweet pup a half banana and switched him from a chicken protein formula to a more natural lamb formula for his large breed as well as some probiotic yogurt (about $5 instead of their suggested $32 dollar prescription stuff) and he his tummy has begun to settle down. Definitely not taking our pets there again. We'll make the drive to Higley Road Pet Clinic to see our former vet Dr. Wolf, he's well worth the drive and actually checks the dog and provides useful suggestions! I feel like Dobson Ranch Animal Hospital was more interested in taking our money than actually helping our pup feel better.

Between Doc Bernard and all the helpful office staff, this place is the best! My dog is accident prone; she has had two torn ACLs, lots of stitches, and much more. They are always willing to work with any circumstance. The Doc also calls to follow up, himself, after many visits! We have been with them since 2004, and they have gone through a few Vets, but Bernard is absolutely amazing.
