I was injured there 15 years ago and have been treated like crap from the insurance company ever since now I have to have surgery again and they're refusing to pay for the surgery it's all based on the negligence of the crappy employees that they hire to take care of your animals I am permanently crippled for the rest of my life due to the disrespect you get there don't take your animals there if you love them

I use to work here. The ppl are horrible they hire ppl who were on jail and many of the drugs for animals went missing and once I found a crack pipe on the back bathroom. They would go around and spray the dogs with vinegar when they barked to much. Once a house cat contracted feline leukemia from a cat bordering so she grabs the cat by the nap of the neck the screams at all of us ,mind you I was there when all this went down, and the jams the euthanasia needle in the cat and kills it the yells at us to keep our mouths shut. She and her sister are so evil to the employees. She'll yell at us and call us stupid and tells us we don't know nothing. YOUR DOG WILL BE ABUSED! Most of the workers are just outta jail or highschool and do drugs. I once opened my mouth bout this crap and she got in my face claiming o was slandering her. But ill this I say is true I witnessed first hand. I even witnessed many of them kick and pinch the dogs when the got outta hand. Please do not take your pets there I promise everything I have that this place is a torture chamber for your pets and remember yes they got the lowest prices but you get what you pay for! Dr keen is an old scorn woman who takes her anger out on YOUR pets!

many years ago i was searching for a nearby kennel for my large dog so that my husband and i could go on vacation. i was shocked at the prices many kennels charged, and when i was shown were my dog would be kept, and the size of the cage i was ready to send my husband on the vacation without me! then i found east mesa animal hospital, dr. kern gave me a tour of the aera were the animals are kenneld and i was shocked at the large space my dog would be kenneld in. even more shocking was the more then affordable price. so that is how our history of going to emah started. it has been years now, and i have been bringing my animals to emah for care, both dr. kern and dr. guminski are very careing and know there stuff! i highly recommed them, the staff is friendly, the prices are very reasonable and they are just plain good!

Dr. kern should have retired years ago. She is a menace to animals. Her negligence causes the death of pets that should not have died. Cases of ringworm and other contagious illnesses infect boarders then Dr. Kern charges the pet owners for treatment. I know people who have worked there and the horror stories are endless. I don't know why she still has a license to practice. She hires untrained, inexperienced, unempoyable young people that cannot pass a drug test elsewhere, calls them vet techs, then underpays and generally mistreats them.
