If this review stops only one person from taking their animal to this place, I have done my job! Staff is very rude, we have 2 dogs (1.5 yrs old) took them in to be neutered. They made us feel like bad pet owners for not doing it when they were "puppies". The "Doctor" who is probably a med school drop out, was VERY rude and didn't seem to care about anything. They have set pricing for dogs according to their weight, however they charged us extra because one if them supposedly had swelling and the other one is supposedly overweight. They added almost $100 to our bill. What a crooked place! I guess you get what you pay for. I should have payed extra to a good clinic instead of this dump.

Fantastic staff. Dr is knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. My dog did not take well to the environment. Whatsoever. He acted like an fish out of water. Flailing around and acting like a maniac. Doc gave us some sedatives for him and had us leave until they took effect. He came back after being doped up and started to act like a gentleman. They snipped him up and got him taken care of. They are cheap because they cut the overhead down by being a spay neuter clinic. Animals lick and bite at stitches its what they do(due to no hands) You may want to watch what your animals are doing or stick a cone on em if you can't. Don't blame the Dr for your inattentiveness to your pet. Great. Clean. Awesome.

Horrible. You'd expect compassion and understanding not only for a pet, but their concerned owners.... but no, Dr. Archuleta was one of the most insulting "professionals" I've ever encountered. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I left this place in tears! If you want a low cost clinic, it looks like the Spay Neuter Clinics in other Valley cities may be better. My rescue dog needed blood work because she needed to be spayed and have some masses removed. After waiting for more than an hour and a half, we finally got called in and saw Dr. Archuleta. Instead of listening to what I had to say, she instead immediately yelled at me saying I "needed to do something about this" and "it could be cancer, this is bad." WHY DO YOU THINK I'M HERE? You have to get blood work before any procedures! She continued to ignore my questions and instead passed my pup around to the other training vets in the room like she was some freak show, saying "feel this." GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER FOR AN ALREADY VERY WORRIED PET OWNER, DOC! The vet techs kept taking my dog into the other rooms, without me knowing what was going on. Then the doctor said she couldn't help me and I'd have to see someone else. Waste of time, but fine. BUT THEN when I came out to pay, Javier at the front desk said my bill was for the visit ($62 to be yelled at) AND for vaccines. I NEVER ASKED FOR MY PET TO BE VACCINATED! I had asked for the last time we visited when I got there (info he never even gave me) and he said he thought that meant go ahead with the shots. Then the doctor came out and again yelled at me and told me I'd have to pay for them anyway. IS THIS SOME SORT OF SICK JOKE?? Seriously, I've never been treated so poorly and left feeling violated and afraid. I WOULD NOT recommend visiting this clinic and would recommend paying a little extra to get your pets the care they deserve.

and yet they might be low cost but their customer service stinks. where is the compassion. if they are overwhelmed and ask you question and then ask if you have anymore questions, then don't ask this. jeez! they will continue to lose business acting like this.
