Terrible experience in one of their locations where they didn't have enough medicine for some of the animals that were there. Ridiculous long wait, trumped by a horribly rude and impatient lady working the front who was as bristly as I've ever seen a person. Rude to co-workers and those waiting in line to be seen by the really NICE doc. (The doc was a very nice guy.) I paid for the medicine even though they didn't have it in stock and they said they would mail it out to me the very next day. They never mailed it like they said they would because they lost my paperwork proving that I paid for a product. I then had to fax my "proof" to them. Then I get the song and dance that they would bring it to my door by 5pm that day. They didn't show up until 9:40pm FOUR DAYS LATER..... Yes, we were seen on a Thurs and didn't receive what we paid for until Monday night at 9:40pm! After numerous calls to the owner who is rarely reachable to get the situation corrected, they did nothing to correct their short-comings and yet left me stuck with waiting four days for a product I already paid for. C'mon 9:40pm at night to bring it to my door? ......That is shady in my opinion. Value Pet Care might be good for shots, their prices are good, they try to do the best they can in patient care but sometimes fall very short and yet do nothing to correct that. Value Pet Care and I emphasis "Value"--- you get what you pay for a not an ounce more. If they mess up don't expect them to apologize for any inconveniences they caused you; their customer-- just be prepared to be abused if needed be. Don't expect them to ever make their mistake right in any way because that is asking for way too much and it is more than you paid for. --blah!
