DO NOT GO HERE!!!! We took our cat for routine teeth cleaning (a very mature 12 year old cat.) The "nurse" was so rough with our little kitty that she was scared and apparently scratched the nurse. THEY TRANQUILIZED MY CAT WITH KETAMINE! Banfield then told us they had to send the nurse to the EMERGENCY ROOM! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? For a tiny cat scratch?! Ever since our cat returned home she will not eat. She is not the same. They did not properly tranquilize her nor did they make sure she had sufficient oxygen. SHE IS NOT THE SAME, and Banfield will do NOTHING. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM! THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY LAZY!

This facility is privately owned. No where to to go with complaints. Refusal to be courteous and to refund monies for meds I had previously purchased. Made me pay for the med I didnt need. RUDE DISCOURTIOUS HATEFUL. I will never go there again. My small 6 pound dog had extensive dental work. I didn't see the dr before leaving. No follow up appointment. Bad service. No where to go with complaint as they are privately owned. $467.00 later I'm totally upset and wonder how they remain in business. Buyer BEWARE!

Horrible, i have been let down by banfield so many times specially with steve the male receptionist he is so rude! not all assistants are bad but if you can take your pet elsewhere do so, somewhere they will actually try to save your pet not give u so many options but direct things that MUST get done!

This place was amazing. They took great care and responsibility of me and my dog.

I am a part of their wellness plan which in itself pays for the shots dogs need on a yearly basis, but one of the best parts of the plan is the free office visits! Anyway, the staff at this Banfield are very nice and very knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with them or the service, my dog used to be afraid of vets offices but she will walk back on her own into the examination room without any hassle here. The only real drawback I see is that if you are not a part of their wellness plan, then it can get expensive.
