We have been there twice and will never go back. First time my dog was sick. They were rude. They wouldn't see him, too busy. I understand busy but show some compassion and understanding for our situation. All they showed was they didn't care. No recommendation to another vet or anything. It didn't matter that our dog, Corky, was not feeling well. We went somewhere else. They cared. Another time a vet sent us there because we were fostering their kittens. Again, rude uncaring attitude. I can only assume they are in it for the money, that's if they accept you. I hate that place and will never go back. I do NOT recommend to anyone. There are plenty of places that will show respect, courtesy and appreciation for choosing their business. I will support those places.
