When my dog died last year, there was nothing they could do. I was kind of upset they charged me for a fee that the doctor saw him when he died before the doctor even came in. But, it was miles ahead of where I was taking him before. They sent me a card and gave me a ceramic paw print of his paw before he was cremated. The other place I took him to before this place never called about my dog even after I was supposed to follow up with them after a few weeks. I take my current dog there now and it's great.

If you live anywhere in the Phoenix area, this vet office is the best one you will find around. Dr. Temple is the best vet my pets have ever seen. She is friendly and personable, and gentle with my animals. When my dog had an eye issue that was beyond her scope of practice, she referred me to an expert, but kept up to date on his case, and did research so we knew whether all the tests and procedures the eye experts wanted done were necessary. I never feel like I am being overcharged- any price estimates for care give a low and high estimate, based on optional and conditional additions. Nor do I feel like I am pressured or guilted into choices. The front desk staff and vet techs also joined Dr. Temple in congratulating me in my newest addition to my family when I adopted a new cat, and gave him great care.

Dr Halver and his assistant were very nice and I felt very comfortable with them. I was given detailed information about causes for my cat's symptoms and a plan for what to look for. The receptionists were awesome! I had called back and forth with them for scheduling options and their assistance and follow up was great. Furthermore, as soon as I walked in, they called me by my name (this is my first visit) and immediately brought me and my cat to an exam room. The ladies who then took care of the grooming were super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed chatting with them. This is a great facility!

Who could ask for anything more than a kind, caring staff when you are stressed about your animals’ injury? I got an appointment for my cat, Alice Longtail, on the following day because her tail…yes…her longtail, had an infection due to a fight with one of my other cats. Didn’t have to wait long in the really clean, quiet waiting area & was asked if I needed anything while waiting. An assistant technician saw Alice first & then I was helped with information by Dr. Temple……she gave me the treatment options & made me aware of future problems that are encountered by older cats. No pushy salesmanship here! Hope I won't be back tooo soon, though (-; !!!

My two old dogs have been treated at one time or another by all the vets at ACH, and our experience has always been top shelf. They're so professional, I've even been tempted to ask them about some of my own health problems; but of course, we wouldn't want to distract from treating my furry family. All the aides are so gentle and caring, and the office staff so friendly, that I really can't think of anything to criticize - which is actually quite unusual for me. There are not enough stars to express my valuation of their service.
