My puppy was having a bad allergic reaction and we took him here since our normal vet was closed on Sunday. The staff was very kind and the vet techs very understanding. My pup is not in the least a people person but right away he trusted and let their vet techs lead him back without a fuss. He hadn't used the bathroom before we left home so he had an accident and pooped something awful while in the exam room waiting for the vet. The vet techs were very good humored and cleaned it up no problem so it wasn't as embarrassing. The vet herself was a calm, good natured and understanding young woman. She walked us through everything with my pups allergies and what to do. My husband and I were very at ease and she answered every question we had which was very nice since we are new parents to our puppy and she was very patient. I highly recommend this place if your baby has an emergency and you can't make it to your normal vet. They were very kind and professional.

Excellent service and wonderful heart. Have brought strays (duck, bunny) and they have been so caring and attentive and never have turned down helping an animal. More than that, they have cared for our own four legged children with so much love. We are so grateful for the entire team. Would highly recommend.

I brought my 100lb American Bulldog here in the middle of the night after he had been hit by car. When I first arrived the woman at the intake counter was very very rude to me, She didn't even acknowledge me when I came in. The place was completely empty. But after I was taken back and able to speak to the vet, Dr. Corona. He was great; professional, caring, detailed in his examination of my beloved Tyke. He went over what he thought the course of treatment should be and then had me speak the the technician, Shawna(who was also amazing btw) about the costs. Of course the estimate was completely out of my price range,i mean it's $95 dollars just to be seen, so I told Shawna what my budget was and her and Dr Corona came up with a treatment plan that I could afford and that would help my dog out until I could get him to my regular vet. Im really happy with the service me and Tyke received here(aside from the lady at the front desk) and I would definitely recommend others to this location. All the techs here that I met were really nice and I could tell they were giving the best care they could to my tyke-a-woo. Just don't be surprised to pay an arm and a leg. We had to bring our Pippie Mae, female Dachshund, in because her face had swollen up after coming inside from a potty break. The staff was very diligent I responding to our dilemma and took Pippie from us the minute we walked through the door. The Vet and all the rest of the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I will continue to bring my pets here, although I pray we don't have to. Thank you EAC!

I brought my dog in at 10 pm fearing that she had had a stroke. Dr. Davies and the entire staff were so kind. Dr. Davies was very thorough in her explanation, told me about the possibility of additional tests but did not recommend them. Her diagnoses - old dog vestibular syndrome - was confirmed the next day over the phone by my vet, as he had her detailed notes when he arrived in his office. Bodi recovered in about 5 days and is good as new. This is my second visit and both times I've been very pleased.
