My Family has been going here for years. I now have three dogs of my own. I have tried other vets, and can say this vet can be a little pricey, but what you get is worth it. My Sierra was so sick, other vets told us to put her down because they just could not figure it out. Dr. Baumer is the only one that kept fighting for her. He figured out what she had and treated her. That was almost 6 years ago and out baby is still going strong. The staff is so caring, and you can tell they love animals. They get down on the ground and talk to my dogs, pet them and try to make them comfortable. I have really come to like the other vets in the office as well- they allo really seem to care. They read the charts before they come in, they know my name, my pets names and their history. I will never go anywhere else.

We've been taking our dog and three cats to Foothills Animal Hospital for over five years and really like the people there. All of our pets are considered 'senior' in age and we have had to address quite a few medical issues, and the doctors and staff have all been very helpful. I believe they care a lot about each of the animals they see. As a side note my kids also like going there because everyone is so kind to them.

I have been using them for quite a while but moved out of the area. I drove 75 miles to get there one day to renew my pets heart-worm meds only to find out that they would not fill the prescription because it was over a year since last checkup (2 weeks past). I asked if they could fit us in being we drove so far to get there. I was told that the one doctor who was "in" was "booked" up but that my pet could be seen as an "emergency" for an additional $75 fee. Gee thanks! I guess loyalty to them meant nothing and of course, IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! Too bad, I thought they were more than that, but once again I was disappointed with people who only have the $$$ on their mind and not the care of my pet or the loyalty of driving over an hour to get there!!! IF YOU THINK THAT THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR PET... FORGET IT. THEY WILL CARE IF YOU PAY EXTRA, OTHERWISE, FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO! They seem like nice people, don't be fooled. Money, Money, Money... how can we get more!?!

This is an excellent place. Our dogs have been seen here exclusively for 12 years, and they one of the most conscientious offices and group of people I know. They've never been anything but kind, efficient, and caring. Thanks!
