We have been going to Ingleside since I first got my little Charmin ( my Yorkie Poo) in 2008 and would never go any where else. They are great with their patients and the owners. NEVER have we EVER had a problem. We have Honey( pom mix) also and they take GOOD care of her also and our poor little rescue dog ( Little Girl) they were so gentle when we called in on an emergency and had to put her down. Love the Staff and Dr.s Hopkins family

Dr. Bart and the staff at Ingleside Animal Hospital are great! We were able to get in quickly and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The office is clean and welcoming. We couldn't have chosen a better place to go.

What a friendly, clean, and pleasant facility! We have five dogs who were seen for their exams for the first time and it certainly won't be the last. My dogs were conscientiously treated with kindness and were well-taken care of. We got to see two of the vets and both of them were great--thorough and took their time answering our questions. Our appointments were handled efficiently and conveniently and we spent no more than a few minutes waiting during any parts of our visit. The office staff was efficient and helpful.

Go elsewhere I got ringworm because of their actions! The support staff was fine but the vet I saw was terrible. I brought a stray kitten in I was adopting as a first step in order to ensure she was healthy and didm't have anything contagious. I signed up for the kitten package and we had our first visit. I asked about the usual kitty leukemia and some spots she had since I was worried about mange or ringworm. The vet cleared her, vaccinated her, and sent her home with me. Two weeks later I noticed I had some small rashes which I was worried were ringworm. I immediately made a new appointment where the vet told me the kitten didn't have ringworm but did have an ear infection and wanted to charge me over $200 for the medications and tests. She then told me I didn't have ringworm as what I had didn't look like what she had when she had ringworm, this is unethical as she is a DVM not an MD or nurse. I was suspicious and went to the dermatologist who diagnosed me with ringworm and started me on meds. I then found a new vet who took cultures for half the price and gave a preliminary ringworm diagnosis starting the kitten on meds right away. On top of this the ear infection the first vey wanted to charge me $200 for was nonexistent and the second vet said she had remarkably health ears. The kitten and I are very healthy and happy now but the billing dispute that followed over the kitten package and the cost of my medical bills were outrageous. At least this one vet was incompetent and it seemed that their only aim was to sell me expensive tests not care for my animal!

We have had multiple animals (cats and dogs) treated at Ingleside and have been pleased with the results. When it came time for Bear to cross the rainbow bridge, staff was caring, the room was comforting, and we were given time to say our goodbyes. We have a diabetic cat who needs frequent visits, Dutch has become a staff favorite. Putzie had a series of vet visits and is home happy and well. I must say, we see our vet more than we see our human doctors. Front desk staff professional, vet techs professional and genuine with regards to caring for our animals. I'm very happy to have Ingleside for my veterinarian needs.
