My dear feline friend Cookie was suffering of Feline AIDS and we couldn't find anyone to help us. You and your staff took us in with no questions asked and helped him go in peace. Thank you for the hugs. And today I received a card with his paw print and hand written condolences from all of you. I thank you so much. You have no clue how much all you have done. You will all be forever in my heart

We brought in our 5-month old kitten to be neutered and microchipped, and overall it was a very good experience. The woman at the front desk wasn't very receptive, and seemed unhappy to even be at work. However, when we were called back, the vet tech who checked our kitten's weight and temperature was very friendly and handled our little guy very well. The doctor was very friendly, very quick and informative. We have had our little guy home for a few days now and so far so good. The suture on his incision looks very well done and we have not experienced any complications whatsoever.

I was very satisfied with my visit there. My kitten injured her mouth the previous evening and I called first thing in the morning to hopefully get an appointment that day, and they said to bring her right in. I brought her in to check her mouth cuts and get her vaccinated for rabies and a booster for upper respiratory infection prevention. All in all, it only took about 30 minutes from filling out paperwork to leaving the clinic. Both the vet techs and doctor were very nice and knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. I'll definitely be coming back here again and would suggest them to anyone.

These are the most kind thoughtful people I have dealt with in a long time. I had to travel from Prescott early in the morning to get there, as Veterinary costs in Prescott are triple what they are in Phoenix it is just obscene. Anyway they offered to take care of my kitty and get here on her way by 2:00 so I wouldn't have to battle the rush hour traffic home. This was offered as a special favor to me. Totally unexpected. The Dr. is wise, kind and understanding. A good all round experience for me.
