I had the opportunity to deal with the doctor and staff and Santis and the visit was wonderful. The doctor was gentle with my dog and explained everything to me. The staff could not have been more helpful! They were compassionate and professional. I will recommend them to anyone on the west side.

Stay away from santis pet clinic they are very bad. They act like they care for your loved one. All they care is to take as much money as they can from you. They leave pets to die slowly no one cares or watch the pets at night specially the entire weekend. My dog suffered for 4 days and finally we had to put him down and this people have no shame to tell you that you can problably take him home at the end of the day after they do more testing. Of course they want charge you as much as they can no matter the price even if the dog is not moving. Stay away fron this idiots that employee people that dont even have proper license to practice. Bad place go away from this idiots.

I WOULD RECOMMEND SANTIS PET CLINIC TO EVERYONE, IF YOUR LOOKING FOR GOOD PRICES AND PEOPLE WHO REALLY CARE ABOUT ANIMALS THIS IS YOUR PLACE....DR. HUGO WAS REALLY GENTLE WITH MY DOGS AND YOU CAN TELL HE REALLY CARES FOR THE ANIMALS AND DOESN'T DO IT JUST TO GET MONEY OUT OF YOU...THE PLACE IS ALWAYS PRETTY BUSY SO SOMETIMES THERE IS A WAIT BUT THAT'S BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES, THE LAST VET I WENT TO CHARGED $50 JUST FOR THE EXAM....THE STAFF WAS QUITE FRIENDLY AND I DIDN'T KNOW TOO MUCH ABOUT ANIMALS SO THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS.

I have been coming to Santis Pet for the last 6 years, he has taking great care of my pets. He even saved the kitten a dog attacked in the face. Great service, very reasonable, and I love the walk in service and hours that his office provides. I was referred to him by a family member and i can comfortably refer you also!

took my dog who had parvo and the doctor was just in a hurry wanted my money and just wasnt caring at all, was very inconsiderate not compassionate at all just a complete money hungry jerk who doesnt care one bit
