I've been going to the clinic for years and had several dogs spayed/neutered and/or vaccinated there, my own and dogs of a rescue organization. The staff has always been incredibly nice and professional and both vets working at this location are amazing and caring. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend them. And yes, it's not a plush vet office, but since they are low cost I did not expect it to be. It's the quality of work that matters to me more than the looks of the office and they do a great job!!
Brought in a cat to be spayed. The first time I was turned away because she was still too full of milk. The kittens hadn't been weaned until the day before. This was a learning experience. Two weeks later I returned. I did need to wait for about thirty minutes but the staff worked efficiently. When I picked up the cat I noticed the incision was very small (about 1/2 inch). This was the only reasonably priced spay/neuter clinic that also offers declaw that I have seen. It is about 1/5th the price offered by a regular vet office. In response to the negative reviews yes, some of the staff were friendlier than others. It is a high volume service that is in much demand. The free clinics are always booked. Covered, stacked "Have-a-Heart" cages containing feral cats were brought in. I'm sure they feel pressured to get as many through as they can. I didn't notice any smell the day I was there. I am glad that they offer this service at a reasonable price. I was able to afford care for an abandoned cat and seven kittens. I KNOW their fate would have been different if these clinics weren't available.
on the phone right now with them, as soon as they answered i was quickly put on hold, 2 minutes later the lady comes back and says how can i help you, as soon as i say "I'm calling because i have a vouch.." cut off "ok hold", 5 min later i was hung up on wth!!! i am NOT calling back.
they like to do surgery on your pet without notifying you. then over charge you for it and hold your pet till you pay. they did not call me and ask if I wanted my cat spayed she was starting to go back into heat. nope they just did it anyway without my consent. $47 turned into $74
Told my rescue they would honour ANY VOUCHER THAT IT DIDN'T HAVE TO MATCH THE DOG. DROVE 50MILES ONE WAY TO GET THERE AT 7AM AND THEY JERKS TURNED US AWAY! THESE DOGS HAVE HAD 50 PUPPIES THIS YEAR ALONE! AND THEY DONT CARE TO STOP THE PROBLEM. THEY JUST DONT WANT ANYBODY TO GET A FREE NEUTER ! YOU GOTTA PAY NO MATTER WHAT ! TYPICAL OF THE VOUCHER PROGRAM. IT NEVER WORKS AND THEY ARE LIARS THAT THEY WANT TO STOP PET OVERPOPULATION. THEY WANT TO EXPLOIT PET OVERPOPULATION! BAD PLACE BAD MOJO . WONT EVER GO HERE AGAIN
