When you're babies are feeling sick, VCA Northern understands. I would never consider bringing my animals anywhere else. Very helpful, very understanding, very professional. This crew is the best!

I have been going to VCA for 0ver 2 years. My senior lab could hardly walk when I took her in for an exam. The vet I had been going to continued to prescribe medication that clearly wasn't working. The staff at VCA was very helpful and the doctor, with my consent, examined her, ran tests and xrays the other vet refused to do "because it would just show her hips were worse." The doctor at VCA, prescribed medications and my lab improved. Through their expert care and treatment, I had my girl for another 2 years. When it came time to put her down last week, the staff and doctor were very compassionate, understanding and took their time with us. It was a busy morning for them but they never rushed us before or after the euthanasia. I take my other dog to them and trust them with her care. I HIGHLY recommend this office.

They are the only vet I will take my pets to. My family rescued 2 dogs off the street and they were there for us every step of the way to make sure they were all healthy. The people here are always so friendly and are always quick to help if our pets have any issues. I feel safe leaving my pets in their capable hands.

Had taken my dad's dog in for a vaccination. Waited about 40 minutes in the waiting room then was finally taken into one of the patient rooms. Waited in there for almost an hour before I walked back into the lobby, where there was no one else waiting. They had forgotten about me! Wait times have been terrible on multiple occasions and will never go back again.

My dog had gotten into a fight with the cat and his eye got scratched. My normal vet was closed on Sundays so I called the VCA Northern Animal Hospital. Even though they didn't have any available appointments they told me to bring him and they would see him. Dr. Martin was great with my dog. She did an overall exam of his health, then put something in his eye to make it glow under a black light to see where the scratches were and how bad it was. Luckily it wasn't severe so he is on some eye drops for the next five days. She answered all of my questions and even chatted about the super bowl as well. Very friendly, you can tell she truly loves her job. Overall I thought they were priced well, $120.00 for everything and my dog will be back in great shape! I'd recommend this place in a heart beat.
