May not be in the prettiest part of town, but i am so so happy i came here! I spent all morning calling different animal hospitals comparing prices on a surgery for my dog (obstruction in small intestine) not only did they have the lowest price, they took the time to call me back and let me know they could do the surgery that morning. It turned out my dog did not even need the surgery as i was led to believe by a doctor at emergency care (they just wanted my $$). i let Dr Houser know how i felt, and she listened! she didnt press the surgery, because it was clearly not needed right away. And i am so thankful for that! I strongly recomend this place! She sent us home with the things we needed to care for my dog and happily answered all questions. She was so kind! She was exactly what i needed after being told my choices were surgery or putting my pup to sleep. My dog is now at home back to normal, and its scary to know i was an inch away from paying for a surgery that was not even needed! I really cant thank Dr Houser enough. The fact that she cares for the animals more than making our bill higher really does set her apart from others. Other doctors can be nice too, but this lady is an angel. PS. After reading the reviews about them being money hungry, i know it must have been a different doctor. So to be safe, I recomend Dr Houser.

This place is Amazing. They treated me with respect and at all times I felt comfortable and welcomed. The staff is super friendly and the Vet was very knowledgeable. I drove out of my way to go here because they have great service and I will continue to go there.

****Let me warn you: I went there for the first time because my dog didnt seem like him self.. I had scheduled an appointment because I was told it would be faster, but it wasnt. After almost an hour of waiting for the doctor to examine my pet she ended up diagnosing my pet with regular "allergies" like a little cold and then the bill came.. she wanted me to pay for THEIR USELESS MEDICINE, really! Just unnecessary medicine my dog did not need! It came out to almost 350.00.. the exam its self is 58.00.. I ended up buying the medicines that seemed the most helpful for my doggy.. but he seemed to have gotten worse from it! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY, MONEY, MOOOONEY very money hungry.. I will neverrrrr everrr recommend this place or ever go there again.

I came here to have my 18 year old dog seen for a sore that is on his ear and has gotten bigger over the past year. she gave him an exam and said he was very healthy and then proceeded to tell me WITHOUT touching or examining his sore that it was cancer! she said i needed to clip his ear off and that he was fine to get surgery even with his age. i wanted a second opinion before i went through with a $1,400 surgery and found out my dog is NOT healthy enough for surgery and had a high chance to not make it if i did surgery. guess she has no regard for my dog and his life/ health. NEVER GO HERE!!!! they only want my money!!!!

This place is the best vet care I've had in 6 years of living in the valley. I had my one dog on a vet plan at PetSmart. Every time we went in, it's was another vet. This VCA has a great team. My big guy is very people aggressive. Got him in and out of there in no time. Everyone was helpful and and you can tell they CARE. This is a very cohesive team. I'm so glad that I've discovered them!
