We were referred to Village Animal Clinic by Toni from Citizens for North Phoenix Strays. we had adopted an awesome cat from. We found ourselves facing the misfortune of having to have a (different) cat put down. Dr. Reiter and his entire staff were so compassionate, we had never been there and if not for Toni would never have found then since they are in North Phoenix and we live in Tempe. If ever we are in need of vet services we will definitely be making the drive again. They had never seen us or our cat before but we were treated like we have been going their for years. Thank you!

We have several animals, cats and dogs, we had a dog that had a disease that made for a very short life, the doctors staff and every one was exceptionally understanding and when she passed. My other animals have had some accidents and health issues and I can tell you this is the only vet that I know of, that does not talk surgery right away, they are understanding of cost, and they try to keep your animals as happy and healthy as long as possible with out being invassive. Great place, my animals look forward to going there, they do not shake or shudder.

Would HIGHLY recommend Dr Reider in a heartbeat!! One of the BEST Vets around! He's VERY friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. He's been my Vet of choice for years - nearly 20 if I count when I was a kid. He's an AMAZING Vet. A few years back another Vet joined Dr Reider's practice. I am less than impressed with her. Without going into specifics, I will continue to go to Dr Reider but refuse to see her. Ever. In case of emergency, if Dr Reider isn't available, I'd rather see a unknown Vet at the Emergency Animal Clinic, and pay a higher price, than to see her.
