My whole experience was very seemless! Had to take my cat in for plaque build up and gingivitis that was causing him pain. They explained the whole procedure beforehand and showed me pictures of things that could go wrong in cats mouths. I left him for a few hours and called me before they started on any additional things they found. They even sent me a picture of him when he woke up looking comfy and relaxed. Price is a bit steep, but its probably similar to going to a human dentist when anesthesia is involved. Overall, great experience!
