I'm glad to see that other people have had good experiences here, but mine was horrible. I have been using Banfield hospitals for 12 years and I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. The vet tech spent most of her evaluation rolling her eyes at my questions and concerns, and twice informed me how she was not looking forward to my appointment - this was my FIRST visit to this location! I told her I wanted to discuss injections for my cat's arthritis, she responded that they hated doing that to cats that bite. She didn't want to be inconvenienced. After she brought my cat back from the exam, she informed me that "this is not my favorite patient." She didn't inform Dr Stokka of my questions for this appointment, which delayed the appointment by another 40 minutes. I have concerns that she would cause harm to my pets and I am highly unlikely to go back to this location.

I don't agree with these other reviews at all. The vets and vet techs are nothing but caring and professional. They greet my dogs by name and always love to see them. My oldest dog has severe allergies, and although it did take time to figure out what the problem was, (as with humans and allergies) they did everything possible to figure out the cause. As of our last visit, we had saved over $5000 with their Wellness Plan. Most of my friends with dogs, take their pets here as well, and love it. These other two reviewers don't know what they are talking about!!! Banfield is awesome!

Bottom line is all about money. They dont really care about your pet. The bill comes to you first and it has alot of fat on it. They try to say it will be extra for a bigger dog because they have to hold them harder. When they come out of the back office they say your dog was trying to bite them that will be extra money and the worst thing is you have no proof of that. My dog has never tried to bite any one in 9yrs. They over treat and over charge. DONT GO HERE. You will pay alot more. Also the doctor was hearing my dog heart and thought she herd a murmur, but wasnt sure . She wanted us to pay to have a heart monitor, but she was not sure. WHAT A JOKE. STAY FAR AWAY.

HORRIBLE! Had one of my pets die, and yet they KEEP CHARGING ME A MONTHLY BILL for the "wellness plan" I had when they dog was living....you'd think that they'd have the DECENCY to not bill me after my pet dies, but these people do not care at ALL! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM BANFIELD AS YOU CAN!!!
