I have been using Diamondback drugs to fill my pet's prescriptions for 5 years. Up until recently they had great costumer service and refill orders were typically shipped within 24 hours, 48 hours tops. The past few months they have taken more than 2 weeks to fill the prescriptions. I end up calling them several times during that period only to be told that they are being filled as we speak and they will ship later that day. After several days and no prescriptions I call back only to be told the same thing again. I don't know what they were thinking when they decided to provide such bad service, especially when it used to be so good. I find the deliberate lying about the status of the order most annoying. I am fed up with the service I have been receiving from them and will fill my prescriptions elsewhere.

FANTASTIC veterinary pharmacy with GREAT pricing and friendly pharmacists. I've used Diamondback Drugs on and off for over 5 years. I've price checked them several times against other pharmacies including my vet, and Diamondback by far had the best pricing. They also made the medications in a flavor that my dog could easily consume so he could get healthier sooner. I recommend Diamondback Drugs to all my family and friends.

CUSTOMER BEWARE OF MINIMUM CHARGE FEE. I have filled my pets' prescriptions with Diamondback Drugs for over ten years. As the pharmacy grew from a little store at the corner of Thomas and Hayden, customer service increasingly declined. I strongly urge anyone using this pharmacy to do their research before filling a prescription. Like many compounding pharmacies, Diamondback Drugs, has a minimum fill charge. However, unlike others, they will NOT tell you if you are not getting the maximum amount for the minimum fill charge. They have no problem ripping off their clients by overcharging for medication. In fact, I believe their business model is based on exploiting the minimum charge fee to their benefit. For that reason, I will never use them again and will never recommend their services.

They really saved the day for me with prompt, friendly service. I was so pleased with my experience that I started buying other compounds from them.
