We just moved her and I wasn't sure where to go for a vet. We chose SAH because it was close to our house and we have been extremely happy with our experience here!! The facility is very clean, nice and modern and the staff is welcoming and friendly from the first moment you step in the door. Dr. Casuccio is very knowledgeable, personable, honest and informative. He took his time with us and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed, never felt like I was being pushed to do anything I didn't feel comfortable with and he gave us lots of options. You can tell they've put a lot of thought into how they run their business and every step of the process. It's been a wonderful place for us and our dog! We are grateful we found SAH!!!

Had an exam for my 6 week old golden retriever today and it was excellent. This is my first time raising a puppy and was naturally a little scared. Simple things like when and how to feed her, how often, when to start potty training, how to do it, etc. All my questions were answered by Dr. Casuccio today and the fear of doing these things incorrectly was alleviated. Very thorough and polite. Much more confident in the future of my new dog. Also Chris was extremely helpful and made us feel at home. Thanks again to both of you!!

Doctor Casuccio works wonders. I took my cat to see several veterinarians before visiting this hospital. No doctor was able to offer more than a guess. As soon as he heard the symptoms he immediately knew the cause. He patiently and understandingly helped me decide on what I should do considering my situation. The whole staff was beyond helpful and I could tell that everyone had a genuine concern and honest motivation to help me. Dr Casuccio was kind enough to give me a tour of his facilities and this place left no stone unturned. Their equipment is top of the line, and I would trust eating off the floor. If anything goes wrong with any of my pets in the future, I know where I'll be going.

I had the pleasure and privilege of working under Dr. Alex Casuccio while he was my Medical Director for a large veterinary practice. During that time, I found him to be a great mentor and an excellent veterinarian, and I learned a lot from him. The combination of knowledge, his ability to apply that knowledge, and his high-level of communication skills that allows others to learn and understand what is happening, makes him an excellent veterinarian that I would trust with my own pet’s lives!

I took my Basenji, Duke whose over 15 years old in to see Doc and had the best experience as well as Duke of course. He had several procedures done from tooth extraction and cleaning and X-Rays and a growth removed off his eye lid. I was nervous, but between Doc and the staff, they educated me on what would be done and kept me informed throughout the day! Highly recommend Doctor Alex and Scottsdale Animal Healthcare! :-)
