I just moved to AZ with my two miniature Yorkies. My Enzo, became very ill with bright green diarrhea, It was very scary and I had not yet found employment so my funds were tight. They gave me lots of options on treatment, not to mention, a new "patient" complimentary check up for both of them. The place was very clean, staff was patient with me, (using several credit cards for payment) prices were in sync with I was accustomed to paying. Bernadette, who was the Doctor's assistant, even helped me carry both babies back to my hot car and helped me strap them into their car seats. But the kicker was Dr Ashefelder, she called me first thing in the morning on the following day to give me the good news on my Enzo. I was so pleased with all the attention. I will continue to go to them. Thank you staff!!!

I moved to Scottsdale 20 years ago this July and immediately started going to McCormick Ranch Veterinary Hospital. My dogs and I have received nothing but absolutely the best care from everyone. It really does my heart good to see some of the same employees as when I first started going there. They are really terrific people!

Have been coming here for 19 years and have trusted the health of three generations of our dogs to VCA McCormick Ranch. The staff is always caring and professional. We have also boarded our dogs here when necessary and they have always been treated very well.

I would NEVER recommend this animal hospital, not even to my worst enemy! I took my pet to this location because she was scratching non-stop in once spot. She has never had any health problems in the past and nothing had changed in her diet or lifestyle. The vet was well aware of this however they felt they needed to run 6 test to call come up negative. At one point they tried asking if I was living in a unhealthy style (like dirty). I was completely shocked that the vet would even think this as my dog enter the vet clean and very well mannered. As I did! HA However after going to another vet to see what the problem could be turns out it was a HOT SPOT! Yes let me repeat just a HOT SPOT. The vet just shaved the hair around the area and she was good to go.

I recently took my dog to this animal clinic for a vacination. I had inquired as to the charges before hand and was told a certain amount. When I went to pay the bill, I discovered that I was being charge $4.99 for "biohazard Waste Mgmt". When I asked what this was for, I was told it was for spraying and wiping down the table that the dog stood on when he was getting his injection. Seems a bit much for some clorox/water spray which one would think is part of their overhead. Nothing was said to me up front about this charge nor was there any sign notifying you at the desk that such a charge was applicable. I paid it, but would never go back to this animal clinic again.
