These people are unbelievable! I have been having urinary problems with my cat for a month now. I had not used them before this. When I called the first time they didn't know me from Adam. They had no appointments for that day but I told them my cat really needed to be seen that day and they worked me in. Since then I have worked with all of the front desk people and several of the doctors. Each time I have called because I felt the cat needed to be seen that day, they got me in. They are friendly, concerned and caring. The doctor has actually called me at home TWICE on her own!. Thankfully my kitty is well on the road to recovery. I have to say that I have never had such good service from a vet.

Couldn't take my Pixie to her normal vet since they were closed today. Took her to Coronado since that is where she had been seen before when she was with the rescue. I felt the staff was rude, including the vet. I felt they were judgmental without knowing anything about the situation. They did how ever take care of my Pixie so I cant complain to much on that part. I am only going back due to the fact that they are waiting for test results. I did see that everyone that is a regular there are treated very nice though. I just wonder how do they expect to have "regulars" when they treat the new patience rudely?

Excellent care from Vet for my dog. Thorough exam, great "rapport" calming my nervous dog, clearly explained all procedures and exam results. Friendly, helpful staff.

The best Veterinary Hospital in Sierra Vista by far. I moved here from California and was outraged at how high vets charged in the this area are, so I tried them all. None give Senior discount, which is given by all vets in California. I know there area many wealthy people here but I'm not one of them and having 2 dogs that would help. Even though the rates are not much lower if any, at least they don't give me an itemized list for $300.00- or $400.00 (of unnecessary treatments ie junk vet medicine) each time I take my dogs in for a check up. like the others in this town do.
