These people are the WORST PEOPLE, I have EVER encountered in my 53 yrs. of life. I call them last night about 6pm my lil Rat Terrier had gotten bitten by a rattle snake and they informed me that because it was going to take me so long to get there and ti would be after hours that just for them to wait and that was only if I left immediately it would cost $150.00 to just walk through the door. Then that did NOT include the price of the exam or any treatment. We are new to AZ and we live in Elfrida told them I might not make it in an hour and what would happen to our dog if we didn't get the anti venom would should die b4 we got there or waited until this morning.There answer was "don't know what to say about this" and they HUNG UP on me. Took my dog to Tucson emergency care Vet. open 24 hours a day and they were GREAT/ Would not tale a cockroach to these people...

On 2/23/12 I took my cocker spaniel in to see Dr Bone. What a waste of time...he not only has got to be the worst vet I have met in 30 years, and probably the worst human being I have met. I would not take anything to see him. That man has no interest in the animals, only money. He needs to retire and/or find a new profession that does not involve contact with animals or people. I was appalled at the lazy attitude in treating an animal. His main concern is $$$$ and telling me about all the folks who file complaints. Gee no surprize there.

My cat has all her appointments at SVAH and I would never go anywhere else in town. We are always taken in right away and appointments are quick and easy. The best part is you really get the sense that everyone there truly loves animals. Its always a pleasant visit. All my friends with pets go there and agree it is the best animal clinic in town.

SVAH, you guys need to get you stuff together and make your Clients happy. Just by reading these reviews, I will not be going to your clinic. I am posting this to bring that to you attention. these reviews DO effect business.

I have three dogs and a cat and we take all of them to Sierra Animal Hospital. We tried Apache when we first moved out here because everyone told us they were cheaper than this place. But we quickly moved all our animals back to Sierra Animal Hospital because I would rather pay a little more for MUCH better service and care. The people here are friendly and helpful, and they have helped me in the past find websites and places where I can get my dogs medication cheaper, so they aren't just there for the money. Plus everytime I have taken any of my animals there for something, they actually take the time to talk to me about what is going on, instead of just herding me on my way without really figuring out what is wrong with my pet. Great services and attention paid by all!
