From the moment you meet Karen, the front office receptionist to meeting Dr. Capwell your experience will be a pleasant one. This is an office that cares. No rushing you out the door. No in and out service but actual listening to your concern and telling you the best possible way to handle it without costing you an arm and a leg. This doctor cares so much for animals she even created a rescue called NURDS & BIRDS pet rescue which is where we adopted our little Cubby. It just feels good to not only see they care but KNOW they care. I would recommend this office to anyone that loves their pet.
