I can't even give Dr. Holmes one star. I took my dog in on Wednesday only to be told blood work would take 2 days to get back and cost $300.00 and failed to do the common test for tick fever. He then wanted an additional $900.00 to do a biopsy on lumps and bone marrow. I finally went to Petsmart and in 10 minutes and ($45 test) she was diagnosed with tick fever, which has a completely different treatment protocol. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone and believe he is only about the money. Not once did he call to check on how my dog was doing.

I have been taking my pets (dogs and cats) to Pecan Grove for 10 years now. They have consistently taken excellent care of my pets and shown great care and compassion for them.

Doctor Holmes is the best vet you will ever find. I would never take my rabbits anywhere else. He is kind, realistic, and helpful. He staff are super nice and when I had a pet pass away, they even sent me a sympathy card. You can't get more caring that Pecan Grove. Take your pet there and you will know exactly what I'm talking about.

I have had wonderful service and reasonable prices for my 4 bunnies. They gave me a multi-pet discount and Dr. Holmes was extremely patient and spent a lot of time with me. He answered many questions about rabbit behavior. I did not feel rushed as I often have with other vets. The office staff is also helpful and extremely friendly. Two rabbit rescue associations have highly recommended Dr. Holmes as a wonderful rabbit vet.
