This is a wonderful place to care for your pets. Our dogs have gone to Banfield in Texas, and when we moved to Tucson we took them to this location. They are very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend them.

My wife took our Black Lab there because she was limping badly, and they wanted us to do $1000 worth of tests. She told them that we didn't have that kind of money right now, so we didn't get any of their tests. As it turned out, our Lab stopped limping, and seemed to be back to normal in the next couple of days. A few days later, we got a notice at our front door from the Pima Animal Care Center that we were being investigated because we had denied our pet veterinary care. They did not check if our dog had gotten better, or even if we had taken her somewhere else. I guess they just were mad that we didn't pay them what they wanted for the extra tests. I have had dogs for 25 years, and have never had anything like this happen because of declining extra tests. I will never again take my pets to a place that reports me as a bad owner for stupid reasons just because I did not pay their exorbitant fees.

Excellent and professional. They have a discount/insurance plan that is very useful. Especially for spaying and neutering as well as shots. My dogs spaying was very affordable with the "puppy plan".

The Banfield hospital at this location was amazing to me. Our Rottie got parvo and they worked around the clock to save him :) Very thankful to everyone there. One of the other locations (I forget which, Irvington I think) actually yelled at me for letting my poor puppy puke outside. Yes I know parvo is super contagious but that was rude. That location also told us there was no hope in saving him and to just put him down.

The staff at this Banfield is top notch! I have been going here for 5 years, and they are BY FAR the most skilled, honest, compassionate, empathetic, and all around wonderful people. I would not take my animals anywhere else! Thank you for everything you have done for my pets and me!
