I have taken both my dogs and cats there. Dr Mueller & staff do a great job. Their prices are amazing and my pets get really good care.If you need a fancy building this is not for you. I am also impressed that Dr Mueller does a follow call to to check on the animal. I live far NE side of Tucson but they are worth the drive. I would highly recommend them!!

I have been bringing my cats to Dr. Mueller for many years now. I originally picked Broadway Animal Hospital because it is fairly close to my house, but I have been so satisfied, I have not looked elsewhere. Dr. Mueller works hard to support people's pets and cares very much about their well-being. She consistently calls to check up on my cats, even if they were only in for routine shots. She is forthright, capable, and hard-working. Not a mushy-gushy person, but a true animal advocate.

WORST EXPERIENCE.. I would never recommend Dr. Mueller to anyone as long as I live. This was possibly the worst experience I have ever been through with any doctor. I hope viewers read this and I definitely hope DR. MUELLER reads this so she can be aware of how horrible she made someone feel. Yes I understand she is a straight forward, tell it how it is doctor. Honesty is good, but it's only good in this profession when it is given in a respectable and calm manner. This profession is not only to comfort animals, but also to comfort those families who take the time and money to care for their animals. I can't say she does not care for animals, because I would be lying but she definitely needs to learn how to respect and have sympathy for pet owners as well. She doesn't realize people are taking their animals to the hospital because are willing to empty their pockets out to care for their pet and that they are worried sick about their pet. Pet owners need support and piece of mind and comfort whether their pet will survive or not. As far as feeling comfort in her office, there is no such thing. Dr. Mueller is possibly the most disrespectful doctor I have ever come across. Good customer service was some how skipped during her studies in medical school. She definitely takes advantage of the fact that she is the cheapest in town and therefore, believes she can treat pet owners as rude as she wants because she knows they are not able to afford any other place. I will NEVER recommend this doctor to any one. The people who wrote positive reviews on here about Dr. Mueller, had to of been paid. There is no way these positive reviews are true. I will admit, I am not a rich person at all, but damn right, I will try my best to help animals. I know Broadway Animal Hospital is the cheapest in town when it comes to treatment/surgeries and with my budget range, I knew I couldn't afford anything else. After the exam, Dr. Mueller decided she needed to have a few words with me. I was sick to my stomach because of how she talked to me and made me feel. As if my pets illness was my fault because I "didn't bring him in sooner". She said comments in a way I never thought a DOCTOR would say things to a patient or pet owner. As a pet owner, I would think any type of doctor would make you feel comfort knowing you are worried, feeling helpless and putting all your emotions and trust in the doctors hands. Hands down, I would rather pay more money for vet services at ANY other location than to come back to Dr. Mueller.

Dr Mueller is a no-nonsense, tell-it-like-it-is knowledgeable vet. I prefer her honest manner over previous vets I've taken my animals to see, who are saccharine sweet, charging 3 times as much for office visits and unnecessary treatments, while I pay for their fancy office and private plane (NOT an exaggeration...it really happened). Dr Mueller works with many of the rescue organizations in town and that is important to me, to show that she puts animals first and gives back to our community by her actions. Dr Mueller always follows up after every visit with a phone call to see how my animals are doing, and is available via a phone call if I have questions regarding any treatment of my pets. Broadway Animal Hospital has the best price in town for getting your dogs' teeth cleaned. The office staff is always helpful, upbeat and friendly. Like others have said, if you want a doggy spa and need your hand held during your pet's visit, this is probably not the place for you. This is one of the few vets open on Saturday and since I was in a bind, I took my cat to get some antibiotics for a suspected UTI. The vet didn't ask anything about how he was doing, except to see if he was eating (he is) and did some kind of exam to see if he was "blocked up." Since he wasn't she gave him the antibiotic I requested, but then gave him a $40 shot of something "to make him feel better." But, he didn't seem to be feeling bad. When I questioned the fact that my bill was over $115, she said the shot would keep him from sitting on the litter box all day and help him eat... except he IS eating and he ISN'T sitting on the litter box all day. I feel that it was a poorly-performed exam and she should have provided me information and choices before shooting my cat up with stuff.
