Felt like we were at the will of an auto mechanic. Had a full exam and shots for our dog in November 2011. All went fine. Was told I needed a booster less than 4 months later. I was out of town so my wife went in with directions from me only to get the booster shot (since my dog received an exam so recently) They pulled the auto mechanic trick trapping their client and basically "upselling" her by forcing us have an exam where the rude female vet did not even examine our dog, just saying that our dog has behavior issues. Do not go to this place, they HATE anyone who doesn't blindly pay vet bills. Overweight short curly haired female vet is the big problem with this place.

Great service and has a genuine love for animals but more importantly "gets it" that our animals are our babies! If she doesn't know the answer to a medical issue or question shewill take the time to find it!
