Being new to Tucson, I had many things to take care of to get settled. I was not expecting an animal emergency so when that occurred I went online to find an "emergency" veterinarian. Cimarron clinic was close-by but so were several animal clinics! I am SO glad I chose Cimarron! Dr. Bohnke was thorough in her evaluation of "Rosie" and gave me several options for treatment. Everyone in the office from Dr. Bohnke to the front desk staff have been more than courteous and helpful. We have a treatment plan to help my newly-blinded-by-diabetes doggie. They do all they can to help me fit treatments within my budget. I cannot say enough good things about they way they have treated "Rosie" and me. It's obvious that they love their patients and customers and do everything to make your pet happy and well. I can wholeheartedly recommend Cimarron to anyone seeking a professional, thorough and courteous clinic! They do not forget you when you leave-they actually follow-up to ensure all is well! Can't ask for much more!

A great veterinarian, and a great clinic! Dr. Deb Bohnke and her staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely care about the health of the animals they see. Most importantly, they go out of their way to work with clients, fit in emergency appointments, help owners understand what's going on with an animal's health, and how to treat (or prevent) a problem so your pet is happy and healthy. I have used their services for several years, during which they treated two of my geriatric dogs, and two younger dogs, including one who had a serious blood infection. I know their care extended the time I had with my pets, and continues to improve the time my family shares with the two who are still with us. Finding the right verterinarian is as hard as finding a good family Doctor -- it's not just about whether the Doctor knows the medicine (which Dr. Bohnke does), it's about whether they listen to the owner (the person who knows the animal better than anyone), care about the pet, and can work with the owner. I feel like I found the right veterinarian when I found Cimmarron Animal Hospital, and highly recommend her to anyone who needs a good veterinarian.

I agree with a previous reviewer that some of the charges seem a bit high. Every time you take your pet in they charge an "office visit" fee, even just a 10 minute check up is $40. But, I will pay what I need to to help my little furry friends so for that I give them 4 stars... they have a clean facility, knowledgeable staff, and caring atmosphere.

After I adopted my second dog, I started bringing both of my boys here and I have to say that I am very impressed with the staff and their services. They have always taken their time with my appointments to be sure that both of my dogs are healthy and happy. I know that Cimmarron will continue to be my veterinary clinic of choice for years to come!
