Feline Limited is our normal vet, but they referred us to a walk-in clinic VCA on 1st/Grant because I needed to get my cat in ASAP with someone. Shame on you Feline Limited. I can't believe you referred me to a RACKET!!! $330 later, they didn't even TRY to help with my cat, I will be taking her where she will will get better assistance with her issue.

Dr. Upchurch can discover more with a glance and a palpitation than most vets can with a month of high-tech tests. She's also a genuinely compassionate person, along with most of her staff. Incredibly reasonable. However, I have to say that if the 'snippy' receptionist is alone, you could find yourself in a nightmare. After a decade of bringing my cats to Dr. Upchurch, I will no longer. Stella is beyond endurance. She has always been intentionally rude and heavy-handed, but I thought perhaps she just disliked me. After my boyfriend went to pick up medications, he said he wouldn't return under any circumstances. Dr. Upchurch should know.

Dr. Upchurch is the absolute most competent and compassionate feline vet out there. After taking my sweet boy to another vet for an ear infection that kept coming back, I decided to try a different vet. Within a minute of talking to her, BEFORE she had examined him, she diagnosed him as having an inner ear polyp, and that was exactly what it was. I have no idea how my previous vet missed this massive tumor in his ear, but Dr. Upchurch did surgery to remove it, and he has not had a problem since! Plus, his hearing came back in that ear! She is a miracle worker, and her prices are unbelievably low for the world-class service you and your cat receive. Yes, her receptionist/vet tech can be a bit crotchety and snippy on the phone, and the outside of the building isn't fancy, but I will NEVER take my cats anywhere else. Dr. Upchurch is an unparalleled master of her science, in addition to being just a spectacularly kind human being. I am extremely grateful to have discovered her. =D

amazing vet! i also got a snippy receptionist on the phone, but this places prices are so much cheaper than most other vets and the drs are still very knowledgeable. went in expecting a few hundred dollar surgery cuz thats what the previous vet told me my cat needed. i went into this place, they charged me a $40 exam fee and said my kitty would be fine and he is. the problem resolved itself months ago, he is still doing well and happy and i saved a ton of money. :)
