They were so professional and so friendly! They were kind enough to squeeze me in on a very busy day (not something I normally ask for and never insist upon having done for me). I even told them I was willing to wait, they still got me in. The doctor and the technician assisting him were both very good with my dog. And their rates are EXTREMELY reasonable! I'm only here temporarily, but this is my vet for as long as I'm in Yuma!

It was the first Vet clinic that popped up on my GPS. i had no appointed so i had to wait about an hour and a half since appt go before walk-ins. although i had to wait the lady in the front desk was very nice and started conversation and always updated me on my waiting time. the customers waiting with me were also very nice. once i went in the vet was very nice and gave me great advice on how to take care of my puppy since hes my very first dog. They all seemed very interested in my pet and his well being. even though i had to wait longer than i expected i had a good experience and i would recommend.

Very bad customer service provided by the Office Manager. Very frustrated with the no communication. I was explaining my frustration to the this woman, and she proceeds to tell me not to bring my dog back and she did not want to deal with me. She then proceeded to hang up on me. They added $17 to my kennel bill because they said, today, that all dogs need to be given flea/tick stuff. When I took my puppy there for his 1st visit, they did not say anything about this, that this was a requirement, only that shots and the Kennel Cough serum was required. I could have dont the flea/tick thing at home, and for much much less. I told them this, that I did not agree to that service. And that is what I got from the Office Manager. The worst customer service I have ever gotten from any business. I'd like to add that the doctor and her nurses in the back were great, and really did a great job in checking our my puppy, talking to about what it needed, as did the nurse. Unfortunately, I had told the office manager that I would not be returning, before she felt the need to tell me not to take my puppy back. Duh, I had already told her this. All with me calling to express my frustration at this, never yelled, did not use profanity, just expressed my frustration and asked why this requirement was not communiticated to me ahead of time. So, no, I am definitely not going back, will tell everyone I know about my experience there. I was told by a couple of friends of their bad customer service, not the doctors, just the office staff. I should have listened instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt. That was definitely my mistake. Hopefully the doctor will address this with her office staff to ensure more customers aren't being run off.
