The staff and Dr. Moussa is just wonderful. He is great at implementing the right treatment plan for my animals. He is trustworthy and is full of compassion for animals. I highly recommend Alta Loma Animal Hospital.

I have been bringing my cats and dogs here for over 15 years. Their service is always friendly and knowledgeable. At times the wait in the waiting room can be longer than my kitty can handle (30-45mins) even when I have an appt, but the care is top notch!

I have always taken my dogs to two other vets that were so expensive, when my pet needed care it would drain my savings accounts or I simply couldn't afford everything. I was referred to alta loma animal hospital about four years ago. I take all four of my dogs here for care. Three of which had been spayed or neutered. My oldest had surgery recently on his ear due to a tumor like growth that was painful and bleeding. In addition, all of them receive their immunizations/vaccinations by alta loma pet hospital. I can tell you only by my personal experience, that I have NEVER been over charged for any of my pets care. In fact they're much less for the vaccines than any other vet I've ever called to price out. My dogs play at dog parks, go on walks and travel. They have never received a virus or disease that is protected under the vaccinations. Confirming that they must be receiving valid vaccines... Lastly, when I picked up my large elderly dog after his recent surgery; he had been out of surgery for 30 minutes when I arrived. He was still completely out of it from the anesthesia. He couldn't even walk, I had to carry him to my suv. My dogs never cry in fear of being there nor have I waited more than 30 mins for my appt. It scares me to read these past two reviews of an ex employee and person in Chicago. But I can tell you that I am very protective of my animals. I will never allow them to be in harms way or danger. My dogs mean as much to me as children. Yesterday I took my female for a possible bladder infection and Dr. Mousa spent a lot of time with her, and felt it was probably nothing more than a urinary tract infection, but sent in for lab work to make sure. As with any type of medical work, people should review lab results in detail. And as I always say, I never make a decision without a second opinion unless its an emergency. I recommend Dr. Mousa and his team... if something were to ever be suspicious, I am very outspoken and will be the first to post something! This isn't the Ritz Carlton of vets, but it is somewhere the average household can afford very good care for their pets...

I have been to other vets, but Alta Loma Animal Hospital beats them all! They treat you with respect & are always polite. Not to mention, their fees are much better than other vets. They are the best!

SIMPLY AWESOME IN EVERY WAY. Be careful not to miss out on going to a great vet because of some negative reviews. Dr. Moussa truly cares about animals. Putting animals to sleep for him is absolutely the last resort. He has the most reasonable prices out of any vet. I have been going to Dr. Moussa for YEARS for different pets and different situations, Dr. Moussa really knows what he is talking about and truly cares. The only reason the wait is sometimes a little long is because A LOT of people see the value in Dr. Moussa and don't feel like going and getting ripped off somewhere else. The one time where I didn't take my dog to Dr. Moussa, they told me that I had to pay over a thousand dollars and because I didn't have the money to pay, they suggested that I put my dog to sleep and wouldn't release him to me. If it wasn't a Sunday and I had gone to Dr. Moussa, I believe my dog might still be alive. The attacks on his character are so unreasonable and are written by people who simply don't know him well enough. Dr. Moussa is knowledgable, loving, and not at all greedy. You really can't beat his prices or the quality of service you receive. Me and all my friends are a big fan of Dr. Moussa, I would recommend him to anyone unless you want to over pay and have your pet unnecessarly be put to sleep. Do not listen to any misleading reviews, Dr. Moussa is truly trustworthy and great.
