Boarded my dogs here three times and every time they came out covered in feces and urine.. When I complained I was told that it's not their fault if the dog walks through their own fecal matter. One of my dogs was spayed here and I was given no aftercare instructions which led to a night of nonstop vomiting.. When I picked her up post surgery she also had urine and fecal matter on her. Abhorrent for a dog who just had surgery and has a fresh incision. Staff is a rude and completely unaccommodating. Not sure why the Google reviews are so high, yelp tells a more accurate story of this clinic.

THIS DOCTOR DON'T KNOW ANY THING ABOUT BIRD ,MY MYNAH BIRD JUST HAS CLIMPPING LEG ,TAKE IT TO HIM HE GIVE SOME TYPE OF MEDICATION ,2ND DAY ,THE BIRD NO LONGER STAND UP ON ONE LEG ,AND STOP EATTING ,I FIND OUT THE PAIN KILLER HE GIVED ME IT USE ON CAT AND DOG ,THE BIRD DIE THIS MORNING ,I SO SAD AND REGRETTED TO TAKE THE BIRD TO HIM , THIS PLACE DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT BIRD BUT HOW TO GET YOUR MONEY ,I WILL SUE HIM FOR HIS ACTION ON MY BIRD ,THE BIRD ONLY 8 WEEK OLD AND HE GIVE MEDICATION FOR CAT ON MY BIRD ,NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. FOR ANY REASON IF YOU HAVE TO TAKE YOUR BIRD TO THIS PLACE ,DO YOUR BIRD A FAVOR GO TO SPECIAL FOR BIRD ONLY,THIS GUY DON'T KNOW ANY THINGS A BOUT BIRD ,ALL HE KNOW IS GIVE YOUR BIRD BAYTRILL AND PAIN KILLER , AND IF YOUR BIRD DIE GET WHAT HE SAY ,SORRY i DO THE BEST I CAN ,AND OFFER TO TAKE BACK THE MEDICATION HE SOLD IT TO YOU ,

I have sent them hundreds of rescue dogs over a period of many years and always been happy with the service and care. They also are fantastic with customer service.

Dr Saleeb has cared for my pugs for over 10 years. He is a very caring person and loves my 3 babies! He has provided excellent care for my pugs and his staff is also very caring and attentive. I am sorry that I now live too far to be able to keep Dr. Saleeb as our vet. I highly recommend Katella Animal Clinic to everyone!

i finally found a clinic that is so wonderful and caring their prices are vey affordable and within my budget when my dog got sick and i was visiting my mother, i had to look for someone that is so close to help. i googled and found Katella Animal Clinic, and my experience there was outstanding i highly recommend this place to everyone in town i live around 55 miles away, but do not mind at all the drive to come and see Dr Saleeb my dog got better just few minutes after they saw him and when went home i gave him the medications, he took it and start playing and wiggling his tail and start jumping up and down my lap. i love Katella Animal clinic and will never go anywhere else. thanks you clinic
