They need big-time help in communication. I was quoted one price on the phone, and made sure that all the details were boxed up so there wouldn't be any misunderstandings or hidden charges (spaying), and when I got there, I was questioned about her age, something I had already discussed with the person on the phone who agreed to waive the puppy exam if I booked the spay the next week. I went there because the price was a little more than SPCA, but after talking with the people on the phone, I was convinced that I was making the right choice. I think the vet did a good job, but when I went to pay the bill, they had ignored the conversation about waiving the puppy exam, added on more anesthesia without explanation. They did me right by honoring my original agreement, but made me feel like I was trying to take advantage. The next day etirely different staff. The front-desk lady the day before tried to blame information on "volunteer" or other help they have that didn't know. So that's MY problem? I don't like hidden charges, I don't like games, so I won't go back here. I thought Loomis Basin was high in price, which they are, but I think they give out correct information if you ask them. I don't undestand the last comment by jen-ay. If she doesn't like the treatment there, why are you taking your new puppy there? There are other places. I think maybe it was a typo and you meant to say you won't be taking her there.

This is the worst place around. Not just the bad attitudes but the bad medical practice. This poor excuse of a vet caused my dog to die of poisoning from over medicating him. Go anywhere but here. They just plain Suck.

Well i have to say that they get things done but every time i take my dog in there not so nice and well they didn't give me what i needed for information. so im going to take my new puppy there.
