Rude desk staff. Unwilling to refill Heartgaurd for my pet even though I just had my dog for her yearly checkup three weeks prior. At that time I asked the Vet three times about getting a blood draw for lab work and was told it was not needed. Now the office clerk is telling me that they cannot dispense the Heartgaurd without getting lab work and I will need to come back in for a blood draw. I will never go back to this office. There are plenty of Veterinary offices in this area. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
