My experience with this pet hospital, Dr. Mahal, and his staff was absolutely outrageous. The price for the surgery was ridiculously high, but I paid it and kept my mouth shut (giving the vet the benefit of the doubt). THEN Dr. Mahal had the audacity to make me pay an additional (ridiculous) fee for my rabbit's post-op appointment. I should add that this "post-op appointment" consisted of Dr. Mahal taking my rabbit into the room by himself and checking her for less than 5 minutes; not once did he speak to me about her recovery, details, nothing. I will be sure to read reviews before going to another vet's office. If you read this review, mark my words: you'll be royally ripped off and unhappy with the customer service.

On time with appointments, reasonable fees. We take our Macaw and always get good service!

The receptionists were unkind, you can barely understand the doctor, and the prices are through the roof! They wanted to charge me $320 for something that I went somewhere else and had treated (with better quality may I say) for only $172. I purchased some antibiotics from them for $55, where I got it from another vet for $18. This place is a total rip off.
