I also had Dr. Reddy, he was polite and professional, treated my cat well and gave the correct medicines to help my kitty feel better. We called for an acute appointment and was seen in the hour and for that we were very thankful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building is old and rusted and they could use some new equipment. I didn't have an issue when I wen't but I do not know if I will go back.

We had an amazing experience with the staff. Both the doctor and his receptionist came in on a Sunday within an hour of my puppy being attacked by our older dog. The staff was very kind, and also gave us suggestions on how to handle this sensitive situation. Thank you New Animal Hospital!

Peterson-03/05/12 I found Dr.Reddy attitude very unprofessional and rude. He was short tempered and unclear when I asked questions. The manner in which he handled my cat was rough and uncaring. I would not recommend Dr.Reddy office for any procedure for any animal.

i called the clinic for an appointment, for my Persian cat, for grooming. I spoke to the Doc, and we made an appointment for the next day. I am 40 miles away by the way! So the next day i came, he told me he doesnt have the right clippers for it!! WOW, i drove 40 miles, so he gave me an awful offer: leave your cat here and we will groom his hair tomorrow, and the overnight, checking his ears and stool would be for free! So i thought ok, and it would cost me only 70 $!!! WOW The next day i came, my cat was so ugly groomed the cotton balls was still there and he was cut in many spots, the most important thing was for me to get the cotton balls shaved, wich they didnt! So the Doc started to brushing, or better pulling his cottons balls away, and my cat was crying..... On his tale and feet he was dirty from poop! Those people are not ready to be open for any work with animals, they are very dirty and everywhere on the counters used needles. I payed 70 $ for a awful job and plus that i wasted so much money for my gas, twice 80 mils. If you care for your animals than dont go there, and lets everyone let this know!!!! Thank you

Please don't go here...I brought my cat to have her spayed and receive shots. I adapted her recently and kept one of her kittens. When she came home, she did not eat and could hardly move. I thought this was normal because of the operation...it wasen't. I thought the medication was making it difficult for her to move and eat. I came home 6 days after the operation to find her laying on the floor, not breathing. Her kitten was crying as he watched his mom lay dead on the floor. She was a tough and healty cat until I brought her here. The place was dirty and animals were recieving shots in the waiting room. I should have trusted my gut feeling.
