Terrible. I am on the optimum wellness plan and was told to get my dog spayed would be free. After the surgery I got a call saying the cost when I pick up my dog is 86 dollars. Complained to customer service which agreed they are not allowed to charge that extra money. Stay away from them. They are rude and unprofessional. Go to the one in Fullerton instead. Don't make the same mistake I did.
